• BY SIGNING UP AND REGISTERING WITH SEQUOIA DRIVING SCHOOL LLC YOU CONSENT AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 
•  All our promotions, rates, discounts and programs are only valid for limited time offer only, not valid with any other promos or discounts. Rates, school policy may change with or without prior notice.  Some restrictions may apply. For more details, please contact us at 650-363-2527.
• Upon arrival, we might require signature of the parent and student for the contract before start of the Behind The Wheel training.
  Any scheduled appointment cancellation without  minimum of 24 hours prior notice will require $80 cancellation fee . Or any 3  consecutive rescheduling regardless of the time frame.  
• DMV drive test program requires all proper valid documents insurance, registration, permit, all course certificates if you miss your DMV drive test appointment or did not confirm the appointment with the DMV the school will charge you the entire DMV program fees to pay for the instructor and other expenses and is non-refundable if not school's fault. 
• All  programs are on time limits maximum of 90 days, students are required to complete all their courses that they are signed up for either online, in-class, or B-T-W within this time period ( 90 days ) unless the school  is not able to accommodate or have  no open slots Sequoia Driving School LLC  will extend the course completion deadline if possible and if finds it necessary extra fees might apply depending case by case situation.
• All special requests such as class cancellation, no show, rescheduling, etc should keep the school informed in written , within  the appropriate time  frame (minimum 24 hours) to avoid additional fees minimum of $80  and termination of  the service.  
• You must at all time carry your permit, license, or any legal document that allows you to drive or train with an instructor in an original form with you. Without these documents we must cancel or reschedule the session and the rescheduling fee $80 will apply.
• If you registered online on the website and paid with a bank card or via online and latter at any point you decided to cancel your program we might  charge the online payment services fee of approximately 3% which usually goes to the 3rd party company that provides the online payment services for us and the remaining of your program balance will be credited back to your account asap. The payment service fee of 3% is non-refundable if paid with a bank card or online. 
• If the weather or the vehicle is not safe to drive the school might cancel your class for that day or if you feel unsafe driving in bad weather condition and or  vehicle you have the right to write to the school and request for  rescheduling /  cancellation of the class without any extra fees. 
• If you feel  like  you are not ready to drive in a certain areas on the road and town such as freeways downtown etc feel free to let the school or instructor know immediately to avoid such places until you feel comfortable and safe to do so. 
• By submitting to online, or in person payment and purchasing any of the program with Sequoia Driving School LLC,  you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the services  and that you have all required documents from the state and DMV  which allows you to legally  drive or get driving lessons in state of  California. 
• If you are a teenager under 18 and would like to enroll in any of the courses you must have parent permission before purchasing , using bank cards, checks, scheduling classes or completing any program. Any online or in person transactions for any of the programs will give the school permission to complete the program with the student assuming student have parental permission also might be subject to additional verification. 
• If your teenager is NOT allowed to make his or her schedules and driving lessons with their instructors without parents permissions please keep the student,  school and instructor updated to avoid any cancellations and extra fees.
• Due to  the quality of service and insurance coverage and liabilities  parents , family members or friends who are not  officially registered as a student with Sequoia  Driving School llc  are not allowed to ride-along  with the student and instructor unless authorized by the school. 
• At all time students while taking classes must obey the driving laws, and must respect other students and school staffs. 
• Communications / scheduling  between students and instructors / school are usually done via phone call,  text, email, online or in person  services to complete and register for programs.  
• At Sequoia Driving School llc  there is zero tolerance for any types of discrimination such as race, gender, religious  or sexual harassment etc . Any issue , concern or comments must be reported immediately in writing to the school's management so that we could immediately  take action and help and resolve it on timely manner ( email: info@sequoiadrivingschool.com). 
• All of our vehicles might or might not be equipped with video and audio recording cameras for the quality of our services.
• At Sequoia Driving School llc your quality of service is 100% guaranteed if you are not happy with our services we will either fix it or refund your money  (pro-rated ) based on your program and services provided  to you or we will make it right for you depending on the case by case sitiuation . However we do not participate in any type of defamation any allegations in public and social media about the organization which result in damages to the business,  defamation will be the responsibility of the  sole individual to rectify and justify. 
• Sequoia Driving School llc will always make sure to maintain a professionalism, integrity and appropriate level of  license, insurance and bond  whenever providing services to clients that is required by the DMV  and state of California. 
• Any electronic or hard copy data and material that is the property of Sequoia  Driving School llc and or the school's third party associates should not be copied used , sold or distributed in any  ways without a written approval from the school besides for sole classroom use and its limited time for students who are registered and needs them to complete their course and program. 
• Free pick-up and drop-offs are restricted and limited, currently offered free pick-up and drop-offs in Redwood City and any neighboring cities within 15 miles from the office.  Any other city might require additional fees and rate increase for more detail and information about your location please call us  directly.
• Any medical , physical  and psychological conditions that is not legally allowing you or distracting you to drive safely  should be taken seriously and student is not allowed to drive until recovery and safe to do so. 
• Any types of  substances / drug that is causing safety issue and putting  life at danger and causing risks of accidents should not be taken while driving and must obey the law that explains driving under the influences. As well as it should have doctors approval if necessary. 
• Upon completions of the programs students under 18 will get certificate of completion.
• The cost to replace a lost or misplaced certificate is $35.
• Any invalid check will result in $25 fee.
• Refunds will be issued based on the services that was provided pro-rated.
• In the event of company transfer, sale, or management changes you will be informed of the status and your program either via email, online, phone, text, or mail. and your program will be secured during the transfer of ownership or managements for required time. 
• The undersigned hereby acknowledges his or her understanding that there are risks inherent in the process of learning to drive, and in driving a vehicle, and that while Sequoia Driving School llc has taken and will take every precaution to minimize such risk and to maximize the safety of Sequoia Driving School’s students, trainees and participants, some risks understandably remain, and cannot be controlled by Sequoia Driving School  or its teachers, employees and agents.
• In the event of any issues you will  first  immediately update the school and try to work with the school's management to resolve the issue, if the school could not resolve the problem and the Arbitration option was available and  applies to resolve the issue,  method of Arbitration will be used to help and resolve the issue before going to a court and trials. 
• I hereby knowingly and voluntarily waive forever any and all liability on the part of, and covenant not to sue or institute any claim against Sequoia Driving School llc , its agents, instructors, insurers, lessors, successors, or assigns, or of any sponsor (collectively Sequoia Driving School llc ), resulting from or arising out of or in connection with my attendance at and/or indemnify and hold harmless Sequoia Driving School from any and all claims, demands or causes of action.
• Should Sequoia Driving School llc or anyone acting on their behalf, be required to incur attorney’s fees and cost to enforce this agreement, Participant agrees to indemnify them for all such fees and costs.
• I acknowledge that if I am injured or if my property is damaged during my participation in this training, I may be found by court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against Sequoia Driving School llc and its agents, instructors, insurers, sponsors, employees, successors and assigns.
• By purchasing and requesting any of our services  you are  agreeing, accepting and consenting (for yourself or as a guardian and parent of a child ) to the minimum  terms and conditions of our services listed above and allowing Sequoia Driving School llc  to complete your program and charge your bank card , account electronically or manually for the program requested and you are the authorized user of the bank account  and financial institution provided to us.
